Requirements

• Equipment Operator experience preferred
• Ability to complete safety training
• Strong knowledge of boating preferred
• Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets

• Must have flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidays during busy season

Responsibilities

• Operating marina equipment in a safe and efficient way.
• Launch, haul, and move boats as necessary to support boat storage operation.
• Coordinating with Dock hands, fuel dock attendants and launch operators to ensure safe, efficient hauling, launching, and dock management.
• Coordinate line-handling when coming to dock, anchoring, deck maintenance and safety.
• Check equipment daily for proper fluid levels and general operation including hydraulic lines and fittings, forks, and straps condition. Report any maintenance/repair issues to management.
• Operate equipment in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws.
• Assist with docking the boat at the fueling station at the marina.
• Any other duties assigned by management
