About The Position

Join the Agronomy team at Desert Mountain Club, one of the largest and most beautiful private country clubs in North America, as an Equipment Operator! Desert Mountain Club consists of Seven signature golf courses (six of which are Jack Nicklaus & a par 54 championship course). In this role, you will play a key role in creating a world-class golf facility! You will operate light motorized equipment and trucks on the golf course (or courses), including tractors and tractor-mounted mowing equipment, and perform related work as required reporting directly to the Golf Course Superintendent. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic. Prior golf course experience and a valid Arizona Driver's License is required. Requirements

Prior golf course experience
Valid Arizona Driver's License
Team player
Great attitude
Strong work ethic

Responsibilities

Safely operate motorized equipment according to manufacturer specifications and Desert Mountain procedures.
Operate mowers and tractor drawn equipment in golf course areas.
Maintain, lubricate, and make minor adjustments to equipment.
Operate and use dump trucks and trailers for hauling materials.
Operate any small mowers, blowers, trimmers, rakes, including greens mowers, tee mowers, triplexes and Nationals.
Perform all regular duties of a Greenskeeper.
Participate in small renovation and construction projects.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor and management.
