Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner
- Strong awareness of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and priorities
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability
- Load, transport, and stockpile materials according to production needs
- Follow site safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents promptly
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals
