About The Position
2-3 years' experience in Industrial Electronics, Electricity (480 volts), Pneumatics, Schematics and Blueprints, Hydraulics, Programmable Ladder Logic, Variable Frequency Drive, and Welding Overhead crane. JOB ACTIVITIES ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Perform job duties in a safe manner. Trouble shoot and repair all pieces of equipment in the plant including cranes. Mechanical Abilitiesto includeElectric Motor, Gearbox Bearing, Bearing Replacement, and repair. 3. Read Blueprints/Schematics of equipment and building. Knowledge of Hydraulics, Electronics, and Mechanics.
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in Industrial Electronics, Electricity (480 volts), Pneumatics, Schematics and Blueprints, Hydraulics, Programmable Ladder Logic, Variable Frequency Drive, and Welding Overhead crane.
- Knowledge of Hydraulics, Electronics, and Mechanics.
- Must be able to work without any height discrepancies
- 90% Standing / Walking
- 50% Kneeling / Bending / Squatting
- 25% Lifting up to 50lbs
- 25% Carrying up to 50lbs
- 25% Climbing
Responsibilities
- Perform job duties in a safe manner.
- Trouble shoot and repair all pieces of equipment in the plant including cranes.
- Mechanical Abilities to include Electric Motor, Gearbox Bearing, Bearing Replacement, and repair.
- Read Blueprints/Schematics of equipment and building.
- Fabricate parts for equipment.
- Communicate with vendors when troubleshooting equipment.
- Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor as necessary to complete the shift.
