Under the direction of the Facility Manager, the Equipment Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing production and store equipment. This role is hands-on and focused on mechanical repair, including mixers, scales, VCMs, slicers, and other food production machinery. The mechanic will diagnose issues, replace worn components, and keep equipment running safely and efficiently. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs require.
