About The Position

We’re looking for an Equipment Maintenance Manager who can keep our production humming! If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, loves solving mechanical and electrical puzzles, and takes safety as seriously as a perfectly poured cider, you’ll fit right in. You’ll lead a skilled maintenance team, optimize our equipment, and help ensure that every batch of our craft beverages is top-notch. Requirements

  • 21 years or older
  • Hold a valid Electrician license in the applicable state or jurisdiction
  • Acceptable driving record
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • CMMS experience
  • Able to lift 35lbs+ by hand, as well as lift and move 160lbs+ using assistive devices such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts
  • Ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Personable attitude towards other employees and the public
  • Thrives in group work situations
  • Interested in and excited about craft alcohol beverages
  • Looking for a long-term job opportunity

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Lift 35lbs or more on a regular basis
