It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within the range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Requirements

21 years or older
Hold a valid Electrician license in the applicable state or jurisdiction
Acceptable driving record
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
2+ years of leadership experience
CMMS experience
Able to lift 35lbs+ by hand, as well as lift and move 160lbs+ using assistive devices such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts
Ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Personable attitude towards other employees and the public
Thrives in group work situations
Interested in and excited about craft alcohol beverages
Looking for a long-term job opportunity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Lift 35lbs or more on a regular basis
