About The Position

The Equipment Finance Operations Analyst 2 is responsible for processing all changes on booked contracts and customer data, performing on account cash activities including research, identification and reconciliations of funds.

Requirements

Associates degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent work experience
2+ years' experience in operations support

Nice To Haves

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
Oracle leasing software, Salesforce software
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Process all system adjustments to booked contracts including changes for inventory requests, refinancing transactions, repossession sales, syndicated contracts, modifications, and assumptions.
Manage refund processing following compliance procedures and applicable regulations for unclaimed funds.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of Sys Ops tickets for setup, changes, or terminations of customer Direct Debit banking information
Research and resolve unidentified funds for appropriate application.
Maintain and reconcile pertinent informational spreadsheets or reporting
Create credit memos or debit memos as required for waive of late charges, rents after termination, or others
Review system created changes for accuracy and clean up
Update addresses related to invoicing and equipment location
Complete setup or changes to contract renewals
Training colleagues on Sys Ops processes
