Requirements

Reliable transportation to report to assigned job sites or designated meeting locations as scheduled.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and effectively support and learn from experienced crew members.
Ability to follow instructions and accept direction from supervisors to complete assigned job tasks safely and accurately.
A high school diploma or GED certificate.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds.
Keen attention to detail.
Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
Available to work weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

Epoxy Flooring Experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques.

Responsibilities

Assess work sites to determine possible issues and make recommendations accordingly.
Prepare surfaces for installation by removing old hardware like screws and bolts.
Use hand and power tools to install flooring materials according to client specifications.
Work alongside other installers while emphasizing safety and efficient use of time and materials.
Inspect finished work to ensure customer satisfaction and the highest possible standards of work.
Advise clients on proper care and maintenance of products after the completion of installation projects.
Ability to address small carpentry and trim-related issues including planning door bottoms.
