About The Position

The Epilepsy Clinical Coordinator position is a full-time role within the Neurology Department at BMC-Brighton. The primary responsibility is to oversee and grow all aspects of the assigned division. The practice focuses on providing care for women and patients from vulnerable communities. The role requires adherence to hospital standards of performance and conduct, including patient rights, utilizing hospital values for decision-making, and following infection control and safety procedures. The position involves using EPIC electronic health record software (with training provided) and Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Requirements

  • Impeccable interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree or 5 or more years of experience in a medical office or clinical setting with demonstrated scheduling and administrative skills
  • Ability to use EPIC electronic health record software (training will be provided)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Oversee and grow all aspects of the assigned division
