About The Position

Health Choice Network is seeking a Full-Time Epic Application Analyst – Wisdom to support the build, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Epic Wisdom within our dental operations. This role partners closely with clinical stakeholders to enhance workflows, improve patient experience, and ensure system performance aligns with operational needs. The ideal candidate has hands-on Epic Wisdom build experience, strong knowledge of dental operations, and the ability to translate complex clinical workflows into system solutions.

Requirements

Active Epic Certification in Wisdom (Preferred)
2+ years of Epic build and application support experience
Strong knowledge of dental operations and clinical workflows
Solid understanding of dental radiography and end-to-end x-ray processes
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in a FQHC setting preferred

Responsibilities

Configure, build, and maintain Epic Wisdom functionality
Support software updates, testing, and system validation
Develop and maintain SOPs, including support for AI initiatives
Document and translate detailed dental workflows into system enhancements
Collaborate with Dentists, Hygienists, and center leadership to improve efficiencies
Communicate complex dental workflows effectively to operational leaders
Support clinical training initiatives using adult learning methodologies
Troubleshoot and document end-user application support inquiries
Ensure strong adoption and usability of Epic Wisdom
