The Epic Unified Communications (UC) Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and support of communication-related workflows within the Epic platform—primarily leveraging features such as Secure Chat, In Basket, Rover messaging, Haiku/Canto messaging, and integrated communication tools. This role ensures that clinicians, care teams, and operational staff can communicate efficiently and securely across the health system using Epic’s unified communication capabilities. The analyst collaborates closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to understand communication needs, translate them into Epic configuration, maintain system stability, and drive improvements that enhance patient care and staff experience.
