About The Position

Epic Trainer Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time | On-Site Key Responsibilities Education & Training Support Coordinate and support staff education, orientation, and competency programs. Assist with scheduling, tracking, and documenting required education, in‑services, and training sessions. Support onboarding activities for new hires related to education and training requirements. Records & Compliance Maintain accurate education and training records in learning management systems and employee files. Track completion of mandatory education and follow up on outstanding requirements. Support compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and other regulatory standards related to staff education. Coordination & Communication Serve as a point of contact for staff and leaders regarding education requirements and schedules. Communicate education updates, deadlines, and requirements to departments. Collaborate with educators, department leaders, Human Resources, and other stakeholders to ensure training needs are met. Administrative & Reporting Support Prepare reports related to education completion, compliance, and audit readiness. Assist with preparation for surveys, audits, and inspections related to staff education. Maintain organized files, databases, and documentation for education activities.

Requirements

  • Previous lead, educator, or training coordination experience.
  • Strong proficiency in EPIC Cadence (scheduling module).
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, databases, and learning management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both clinical and non‑clinical staff.
