About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a dynamic Epic Trainer to support the implementation and delivery of training programs across Epic applications and other healthcare systems. The initial focus will be on training within a defined application scope, including but not limited to EpicCare for Clinicians, EpicCare for Clinical Support Staff, Ancillary Services, and Radiant. Other applications will be added later - examples of potential classes are Imaging, Radiant, Optime, and Clinician training. This role educates through engaging classroom, virtual, and group sessions tailored to all skill levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum of one year of training experience required; healthcare setting highly desirable.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Epic training sessions and provide go-live support.
• Collaborate with Principal Trainers on curriculum design and updates.
• Track training effectiveness and maintain records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Prepare materials, manage logistics, and follow up on learner questions.
• Identify training gaps and provide refresher sessions as needed.
