Department: Job Description Summary: Epic Analyst - Population Health Florida residency required. We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Epic Analyst to join our Digital/Population Health team. In this role, you will support key digital health initiatives that expand access to care, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen the digital front‑door experience across our population health ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings strong Epic expertise—preferably in Healthy Planet or Ambulatory—and a passion for using technology to drive meaningful healthcare transformation. You will deliver high‑quality service across operational support, workflow analysis, system testing, upgrades, and optimization efforts. This includes monitoring and resolving service tickets, supporting new system implementations, analyzing workflows, participating in testing, and assisting in training activities. The Epic Analyst also contributes to project work, collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams, and maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of Epic applications and related processes. Consistent communication, teamwork, and a positive, solutions‑focused mindset are essential. Qualifications include: a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 3–4+ years working with large hospital systems, and preferred Epic certification/experience in Healthy Planet or Ambulatory.
