Triangle is seeking dependable individuals dedicated to supporting youth with disabilities in achieving their leadership potential in the Boston and Worcester areas. The ideal candidates will assist youth by providing personal care and necessary accommodations to ensure their participation in EPIC programming, along with supporting staff in executing programming. Employees are expected to adhere to Triangle policy and procedures, foster a positive, solution-oriented culture consistent with Triangle's mission, promote employment, self-advocacy, and independence across programs and participants. They should act as a role model within and outside of Triangle, maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards participants, staff, and community partners, communicate regularly with their supervisor, demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and the ability to prioritize workload, and consistently report to work on time, prepared to perform duties of the position, with a willingness to flex hours as needed.
