About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced and certified Epic Grand Central Analyst to support the launch of a new freestanding Emergency Department opening in June, 2026. This role is essential to ensuring seamless patient flow, registration, bed management, and overall ED operational readiness.

Requirements

• Epic Grand Central Certification (required)
• Grand Central build + troubleshooting
• ED workflow support
• Go‑live readiness + onsite support
• ASAP module familiarity
• Security configuration understanding

Nice To Haves

• prior experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead all Epic Grand Central build, configuration, testing, optimization, and troubleshooting for the new ED.
• Partner with ED operations to translate workflow requirements into efficient Epic functionality.
• Deliver hands‑on go‑live support, including issue resolution and real-time workflow adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams involved in ED operations, Epic ASAP, and security configuration.
• Participate in integrated testing, validation sessions, and cutover planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation, build standards, and change‑control processes.
• Support planning for potential Hospital at Home expansion; prior experience is a plus.
