The primary responsibilities of credentialed trainers (CT) are to lead training using the curriculum designed by principal trainers and provide end-user support. This includes preparing for class, setting up the classroom, facilitating the class, and following up on any outstanding questions that arise in the classroom. Credentialed trainers also collect valuable feedback from trainees in class and report that information to the principal trainer. Assist principal trainers in updating training materials and testing lesson plans and training environment build. Facilitating training classes, study halls, and user settings labs for providers or other attendees. Administering end‐user proficiency assessments and in-system checklists. Supporting end users with onsite and virtual support. Administering refresher, optimization, and skills‐enhancement training. Serving as an expert educator to internal staff (i.e., training). Effectively utilizing the tools and applications related to training. Additional tasks as assigned by the Principal Trainer or direct supervisor.
