Epic Credentialed Trainer - Clinical Applications
About The Position
This position is for an Epic Credentialed Trainer specializing in Clinical Applications, specifically Inpatient. The role involves educating and supporting end users in the use of FirstHealth's Electronic Medical Record (Epic). The Credentialed Trainer (CT) will undergo training and credentialing in relevant Epic applications. Key responsibilities include delivering education and communication through various methods such as classroom instruction, tip sheets, and meetings. The CT will also collaborate with Principal Trainers and Analysts to continuously evaluate the educational and support requirements of FirstHealth's end users. Additionally, the CT will offer ongoing support via phone, remote assistance, and roaming support within FirstHealth departments and clinics.
Requirements
- Current driver's license valid in state of North Carolina with good driving record
- Two (2) years of related work experience in IS, teaching or healthcare setting which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position
- Must obtain Credentialed Trainer status with Epic Training Leadership team

- Associates degree or advanced diploma in specialty area
