Epic Certified Willow Ambulatory Analyst
About The Position
Pediatric provider is seeking to hire 4 Epic Willow Ambulatory Analysts (1 person aligned to each of the 4 retail pharmacies) to design, build, optimize, and support outpatient pharmacy workflows within the Epic ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise with eRx build (including prescriber/organization enrollment, formulary, RxNorm/NDC mapping, and SureScripts workflows) and CNR processes (e.g., Chart/Note Review workflows, Controlled/Non‑Formulary Requests, or your organization’s CNR definition). You will partner closely with pharmacy leadership, ambulatory clinics, prescribers, revenue cycle, and compliance to deliver safe, efficient medication-use processes across the continuum of care.
Requirements
- Must have Epic Willow Ambulatory certification
- Must have prior implementation experience within Epic Willow Ambulatory
- Candidates must be open to traveling onsite once a month in the initial few months of the project.
- Prior experience within Willow Ambulatory (WAM)
- Must have strong communication skills and team player mentality.
