The Epic Cadence Analyst will have primary responsibility for the design, build/configuration, testing, validation and ongoing support of their assigned Epic application(s). The Analyst will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the software functionality and acquiring/utilizing knowledge of the operational workflows to be implemented with the Epic system. The Analyst will be responsible for coordinating aspects of planning, design, development, training, implementation, communication, maintenance and evaluation of existing or new functionality related to Epic and related information systems. The Epic Cadence Analyst is the primary support contact for the Cadence application and SER Records. They will be responsible for the configuration and build to meet the needs creating and maintaining SER Records as well as scheduling departments. They coordinate all issues for their application areas and must be very knowledgeable about the organization's policies, procedures, and business operations. May require participation in on-call rotation including weekend and after-hours coverage.
