About The Position

As an experienced Epic Beaker Specialist you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Requirements

4+ years of Epic Steady State Support
Must have an active Epic Beaker Certification
Have excellent documentation and verbal skills
Willingness to work on an on-call schedule for evenings and weekends, should the need arise
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Responsibilities

Provide steady state Epic support for a client on the East Coast working Eastern Time zone hours.
Provide support for incident resolution
Provide support for service requests
Provide support for enhancement build upgrade build and support
