About The Position

CTG is seeking a skilled Epic Beaker Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, clinical laboratory application knowledge, and hands-on experience supporting workflows in Epic Beaker. This role is critical in ensuring seamless functionality of Epic’s Beaker module, supporting both break/fix issues and application enhancements. Key Responsibilities Collaborate as a member of the Epic analyst team, providing developer-level support. Apply deep understanding of laboratory applications and workflows to optimize system performance. Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues within the Beaker module. Implement application enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience. Work effectively within an established team structure, contributing to shared goals. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Requirements

  • Epic Beaker Certification (required).
  • Extensive experience with laboratory workflows and clinical application support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
