The Epic Systems Analyst I supports, troubleshoots, and resolves daily operational issues/requests from end users leveraging Epic and other technical systems used by Duly Health and Care team members. The Epic Systems Analyst I works with other analysts and operational counterparts to maintain continuity in process and in support of our integrated Epic electronic medical record as well as any systems that integrate with Epic through interfaces, APIs, extracts or other means. While Epic Systems Analyst I positions are primarily focused on system maintenance, they will also actively participate in projects with guidance from more senior members of the Epic team.
