About The Position
Superlanet is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst with experience in OTX build and healthcare integrations to support high-impact initiatives across our client portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working beyond standard build, helping connect Epic workflows with external platforms and digital health solutions. Local talent will be preferred, but not required.
Requirements
- Epic Ambulatory Certification (required)
- Strong experience with Ambulatory build and workflow optimization
- Hands-on experience with OTX build and configuration
- Exposure to Epic integrations, APIs, or interoperability tools preferred
- Experience working with or integrating third-party applications (e.g., care management, digital health platforms)
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Background in Community Connect or multi-entity environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support Epic Ambulatory workflows, including Order Transmittal configuration
- Support and enhance integrations between Epic and third-party applications
- Support integrations with third-party platforms, enabling seamless data exchange between cloud-based systems and Epic
- Collaborate with technical teams on API-based and interface-driven solutions (FHIR, HL7, web services)
- Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to optimize ambulatory workflows
- Troubleshoot issues across both Epic build and integrated systems
- Participate in build, testing, implementation, and go-live support
