About The Position

The role of the EPG Strategic Growth Partner – New Advisor Development is to expand the firm's executive leadership presence through the appointment and development of Chief Development Officer and Internship Development Officer. This role provides counsel to high-level leaders responsible for new advisor acceleration to create scalable and sustainable best practices to support retention, and productivity per. Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible work experience emphasizing decision making, finance, consultation, influence, and communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to critically and logically evaluates costs, risks and benefits of alternatives before coming to a solution.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and respond quickly and creatively to change and shifting, sometimes competing, priorities.
  • Comfort operating through risk and uncertainty in a high- volume work environment.
  • Regular travel, 25% or more to client sites/field locations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and Execute on a Chief Development Officer strategy to focus on growing the firm’s U5 FYC
  • Advise on the implementation of all initial and on-going training and development for the U5
  • Implement strategic initiatives to aid in development, productivity and retention of the U5
  • Install cadence of reporting to increase awareness, alignment, and accountability
  • Hire, train and develop talent to support U5 productivity metrics
  • Host District Office Strategy sessions 8x per year with MP/MD/CFO to aid in rapid leader development
  • Lead quarterly offsites to drive toward 100% goal achievement
  • Drive engagement in monthly executive leadership team meetings for additional accountability and insight
  • Collaborate with EPG CLO to identify and develop emerging leaders in the U5 space
  • Build and Execute on an Internship Development Officer strategy to deliver a consistent and predictable output of conversion talent
  • Advise on the implementation of all initial and on-going training and development for the internship program
  • Implement strategic initiatives to aid in development, productivity and retention of the interns
  • Install cadence of reporting to increase awareness, alignment, and accountability
  • Hire, train and develop talent to support internship productivity metrics
  • Drive engagement in monthly executive leadership team meetings for additional accountability and insight
  • Uplevel and evolve EPG and Performance Team mindset, philosophies, methods and processes within the CDO realm to remain on the leading edge of the system and drive U5 FYC
  • Influence the entirety of the field through strategic sharing of tools to drive system-wide performance measures
  • Leverage CDO playbook to enshrine strategies and tactics that drive record-setting performance and grow AIM Results
