This position is responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance & control, as well as continuous improvement of a portfolio of processes. The EOS Effectiveness & Support Team Lead is responsible for developing, evaluating, and executing a portfolio of optimization projects that will support major strategic changes within EOS. The role will provide thought leadership and facilitate complex and comprehensive cross-functional initiatives consistent with Truist’s objectives. This leader is responsible for the execution of corresponding business process quality control plans and change initiatives. Additionally, the role will interface with executive leadership and senior service delivery process and production leaders, as well as key business partners within technology, risk, lines of business, etc., to help shape process strategies for assigned services and operationalize changes. The position may mentor and instruct teammates across the enterprise in the application of Business Process Management and associated tools or applications.
