You will be based in our Anderson, SC location. The shift will start at 6 :00 am and end at 2:30pm. This role supports the production line and will follow production needs.

Your main tasks:
Repairs refrigerators to support the production of the highest quality products, on time, that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Troubleshoots functional defects.
May on occasion, backfill for associates who must repair workmanship errors.
Understands basic A.C-D.C electricity and electrical flow, as well as gas flow (connection, dangers, LP vs. Natural, drop test procedure, etc.).
Capable of handling complex tasks & repairing units in a timely manner while moving down the line
Ability to communicate with Team Members and Production Supervisor

Requirements

• Able to read and write English to understand repair procedures and wiring schematics.
• Ability to communicate with Team Members and Production Supervisor
• Flexible to rotate positions with other Repair Operators or other positions as needed
• Need to be familiar with small tools for repairing Must be capable to learn how to repair cabinets and doors (Cosmetic & Electrical
• Must be able to lift packages 35 lbs. or less on a consistent basis
• Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
• Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
• Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
