This role supports the production line and will follow production needs. Please be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.

Requirements

• Able to read and write English to understand repair procedures and wiring schematics.
• Ability to communicate with Team Members and Production Supervisor
• Flexible to rotate positions with other Repair Operators or other positions as needed
• Need to be familiar with small tools for repairing
• Must be capable to learn how to repair cabinets and doors (Cosmetic & Electrical
• Must be able to lift packages 35 lbs. or less on a consistent basis
• Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
• Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
• Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet

Responsibilities

• Repairs refrigerators to support the production of the highest quality products, on time, that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Troubleshoots functional defects.
• May on occasion, backfill for associates who must repair workmanship errors.
• Understands basic A.C-D.C electricity and electrical flow, as well as gas flow (connection, dangers, LP vs. Natural, drop test procedure, etc.).
• Capable of handling complex tasks & repairing units in a timely manner while moving down the line
• Ability to communicate with Team Members and Production Supervisor
