About The Position

The EOEM GTM Program Manager is responsible for driving sales growth through a combination of digital and traditional field activities. This role involves creating and deploying targeted campaigns, coordinating with various customer segments and growing within the EOEM segment. The specialist will conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and develop programs tailored to specific customer segments, including EOEM. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment across different business lines and segments. Key Responsibilities: Content & Campaigns: Create tailored content for target customers. Collaborate with local marketing teams to deploy targeted campaigns. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services. Product & Event Management: Support and run various projects and growth programs Plan, execute, and follow up on targeted events to generate leads. Lead Generation & Market Analysis: Develop lead generation programs. Conduct market segment analysis to identify opportunities. Strategic Alignment: Align marketing and sales objectives across different business lines and segments. Work closely with segment and sales managers to ensure cohesive strategies. What will make you successful: Proficiency in business and marketing technical skills. Cross-functional project and program management experience. Digital marketing knowledge (a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. >5 years of experience in technical sales, project management, or marketing preferred. Analytical skills for market analysis and lead generation.
