This position supports environmental compliance ensure projects meet all applicable EPA and transportation-related requirements. Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
  • Three (3) years experience executing functions as part of the Environmental Protection Agency ensuring compliance with laws such as National Environmental Policy Act, Department of Transportation, Toxic Substance Control Act, Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste, Clean Water Act, and Clean Air Act requirements is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review projects and activities for compliance with NEPA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and other federal environmental regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain environmental documentation, permits, and regulatory reports for agency and project use.
  • Coordinate with project teams and regulators to resolve environmental compliance issues and support approvals.
  • Monitor and support implementation of hazardous materials, hazardous waste, and toxic substance control requirements.
