About The Position

This role would be working Sunday to Thursday from 10:30pm to 6:30am. This position is responsible for ensuring that the facility is maintained in excellent condition, inside and out, and is fully functional. Providence Heritage House at the Market provides assisted living in the heart of the Pike Place Market in downtown Seattle. With panoramic views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains, Heritage House offer private apartments, nursing services and a rich quality of life to seniors in a vibrant urban environment.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with janitorial and minor repair techniques, electrical, security, heating and cooling systems

Responsibilities

• disposing trash/recycle
• reporting any maintenance or repair needs
• ordering supplies
• assisting in emergences when needed
• reporting any safety concerns
