About The Position
Live Urgent Care in Trexlertown is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Environmental Services Technician to join our team. The individual in this role will play a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients and staff. Schedule: Several days per week, flexible between: Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM Evening Shift: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM This position contributes directly to our mission of providing exceptional care in a safe and hygienic environment.
Requirements
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience (healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks within allotted time.
- Must be punctual, trustworthy, and have reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning duties.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and infection control standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect patient rooms, restrooms, waiting areas, and staff spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
- Empty trash, replace liners, and restock paper and hygiene supplies.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces and ensure infection control compliance.
- Maintain janitorial supplies and alert management when restocking is needed.
- Follow all safety and infection prevention procedures.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
