About The Position

We support Federal, State, and Local Governments as well as Private Industry by offering skilled personnel throughout a wide-array of technical disciplines We are looking for an Environmental Services Supervisor to support the US Army Soldiers System Center (NSSC) in Natick, MA. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of (2) years' experience in supervising in the Environmental Services industry specifically with Sanitation teams. Detailed knowledge of cleaning procedures and customer service skills is a must. In addition, managing and overseeing cleaning schedule and requirements.

Responsibilities
- Supervise work activities of janitorial personnel in a professional environment.
- Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action.
- May purchase janitorial supplies, manage stock level of inventory, train new employees, and recommend dismissals.
