About The Position
At East Alabama Medical Center (EAMC), the mission is to provide high quality, compassionate health care, guiding all actions. The organization sets high standards for customer service, quality, and cost control. The Environmental Services Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of their assigned shift and the future strategic planning of department goals. This role involves continuously monitoring staff performance during the shift to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for all EAMC patients, visitors, and staff. The supervisor is also expected to project good customer service by emphasizing EAMC core values in all daily interactions with both external and internal customers.
Requirements
- High School or equivalent education
- 2 years of supervisory experience, with a preference in a Housekeeping/Environmental Services setting

- Some college/graduate desired
