As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role using your leadership skills by managing a dedicated team, conducting daily inspections, and ensuring the highest cleanliness standards throughout the property. Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 2+ Years of Prior relevant Environmental Services experience in a Supervisory role is required
• Able and willing to work Swing and Grave Shifts including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Environmental Services (EVS) employees, including scheduling, coaching, counseling, and training.
• Address employee questions and guest concerns to ensure adherence to department procedures and service standards.
• Provide direction and support to achieve high cleanliness standards in the casino, public areas, offices, and other required spaces.
• Conduct daily inspections, briefings, and team updates; meet with employees for training and compliance needs.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities.
• Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Assist with administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership.
