About The Position
Opened in 2018, Amira Choice Minnetonka is a 100 unit community that offers Independent and Assisted Living as well as Memory Care and Care Suites. Our beautiful location is just minutes from The Ridgedale Mall, St Louis Park, and near Highways 394 and 494 while close to public transportation. Managed by Ebenezer, we boast an exceptional team of caregivers who believe in our mission to heal, discover, and educate for longer healthier, meaningful lives.Oversees Resident Centered Care. This receptionist schedule includes: 80 hours per two weeks day shift Manager on duty weekend rotation
Requirements
- Current Driver's License (in good standing)
- Comfortable with using Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Nice To Haves
- 3-5 year previous experience
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree – Industrial energy or related field
- Special Boilers License
Responsibilities
- Repairs items found deficient by maintenance or requested by work orders
- Establishes and follows Preventative Maintenance Program using an electronic work management platform or CMMS
- Removes snow from sidewalks and walkways and uses ice melt on sidewalks as needed
- Keeps grounds safe and looking neat and attractive
- Trains and provides ongoing support to staff
- Completes cleaning duties on the daily assignment sheet including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning toilets, sinks, etc
- Provides 24/7 emergency On-Call response for the entire campus per rotating schedule
