About The Position
The Environmental Services Supervisor will set the stage for guest experience with a smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, the candidate will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in EVS, PAD, Housekeeping or Stewarding required
Nice To Haves
- 1+ Years of Supervisory Experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Provide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas
- Conduct daily inspections, briefings and schedule meetings with employees
- Assist with coaching, counseling, discipline and training of employees
