Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Operations Manager 2 to join our team at Adventist Health Howard Memorial in Willits, California. Adventist Health Howard Memorial is a 25‑bed critical access hospital serving Mendocino County, offering essential services including a 24/7 emergency department, intensive care, laboratory and imaging services, orthopedics, physical rehabilitation, surgery, and an on‑site retail pharmacy. What You'll Do Take ownership of daily Environmental Services operations, creating a clean, safe, and compliant environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Support an exceptional patient experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness across key areas including the emergency department, ICU, surgical suites, and ancillary spaces. Lead, coach, and develop a dedicated EVS team, reinforcing infection prevention practices, safety standards, and proper use of equipment and chemicals. Drive performance and efficiency by managing schedules, inventory, and resources while meeting quality, operational, and budget expectations. What You Bring Proven leadership experience in Environmental Services or Custodial Operations, ideally within healthcare or another regulated environment. Working knowledge of infection prevention and safety standards, with the ability to apply best practices in a critical access hospital setting. Strong communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to partner effectively with clinical teams and deliver a high level of customer service.
