What you’ll be doing: You will plan, schedule, direct, and supervise all Housekeeping and Laundry Services employees and resources, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of Environmental Services to community residents and meeting overall community and department needs. Champion PRS culture by embedding the Mission, Vision, and Core Values into all aspects of the role while delivering an inviting resident experience that is happening for residents, not to them, and modeling gracious, attentive, and courteous interactions. Lead, manage, and supervise all department team members by directing meetings, ensuring safe work practices, scheduling routine and special projects, delegating work, and providing progressive performance management including training, coaching, mentoring, and accountability. Maintain workforce planning and operational effectiveness through consistent training programs, collaboration with Regional Recruiting and HR, accurate timecard management, required documentation, and adherence to PRS policies, procedures, and standardized practices. Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction by conducting routine inspections, overseeing cleaning standards for resident apartments and community spaces, managing contracted services and pest management, and addressing questions, concerns, and follow-ups. Support department operations and financial stewardship by assisting with budgeting, recommending capital improvements, managing inventories, maintaining emergency readiness, and performing other duties as assigned. Pay: $80,169k to $90,000k / annually DOE
