Immanuel Communities is seeking a Environmental Services Manager I to work at Deerfield located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education. The overall purpose of this position is to manage and maintain the mechanical operation of all systems on the campus. The responsibilities of this job include preventive maintenance and repair of equipment, coordinating apartment turnover, monitoring and creating budgets, oversight of housekeeping and overall look and quality control of support services, and project management on the campus.
