About The Position

We are the communities we serve! We are seeking an Operations Manager of Environmental Services, for Beth Israel Hospital, located in Plymouth, Massachusetts. This is a 175 bed hospital, with a staff of 55 client paid. This is a Mid-Day shift position, with alternate weekends and holidays. The role will offer flex hours, with the shifts being 11:00am-8:00pm, rotating weekends from 9:00am-5:00pm and can flex some days to work in the afternoon 2:00pm -11:00pm. This position reports directly into the on-site General Manager. Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams work to direct custodial operations at healthcare client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction.
