About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 2 to support Senior living accounts in the region of Gaithersburg, Maryland. This EVS manager will oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations. This is a day shift position, with occasional weekends as needed. What You'll Do monitor housekeeping performance against standards for client satisfaction; be responsible for driving client and resident satisfaction scores; recommend changes in operations based on standards; facilitate clear and efficient communication with internal clients; identify appropriate resources, and assist in implementation plans; foster a culture of learning that promotes career growth and professional development; supervise and direct staff to exceed resident and client expectations. Requirements

  • two or more years' experience in managing Housekeeping and Laundry operations, ideally in a healthcare or senior living environment

  • Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
