About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager for Holy Redeemer in Meadowbrook, PA at this 225 bed community hospital. This is a Second Shift position (2:30-11:30pm) with some on-call weekends, managing a team of 25 in housekeeping. The role will require coverage of other shifts as the business needs dictate throughout the year and will report into the on-site Director. This position supports this progressive organization by providing leadership for our Environmental team in the delivery of safe, sanitary and innovative services to our patients, customers and hospital employees in a variety of settings. Prior Environmental Services/housekeeping experience is required; must be results driven, understand employee engagement, and be committed to a winning culture.

Requirements

have experience leading, training and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations
have customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a health care or hospitality
possess strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program
have experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
are results and safety driven
are proficient with computers and other technology
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 yearsMinimum Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
