Job Summary “Depending upon the desired qualifications of the successful applicant, the hiring manager may elect to fill this position at a different level within the job hierarchy” The Water Resources Group conducts fisheries studies and water quality assessments, studies and provides consultation on fisheries and water quality matters to Duke Energy and its facilities. General responsibilities include: Provide regulatory compliance support for generating facilities and company operations Serve as an environmental subject matter expert in assigned functions Maintain current knowledge of environmental laws and regulations and technical aspects of assigned areas of responsibility Evaluate and review literature, standards, and guidelines in assigned areas of responsibility to ensure company compliance and determine implications on company programs and facility operations
