Role description: The ES&H Site Representative will provide part-time, on-site support for the drilling program at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant. The primary responsibility is to oversee and promote the highest level of safety and health standards while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and client requirements. The successful applicant is expected to be on site daily starting March 9, 2026, through approximately September 30, 2026.

Requirements

Minimum of ten years of verifiable, applied safety and health experience.
At least three years as a full-time safety professional within the construction industry.
Experience using health and safety monitoring equipment.
Proven ability to review Job Safety Analyses effectively.
Experience developing and implementing Health and Safety plans and protocols.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to commute daily to the Paducah site.
Ability to clear Paducah DOE site security requirements.

Responsibilities

Monitor safety and health conditions on-site daily.
Assess site hazards effectively using knowledge of health and safety monitoring equipment.
Review Job Safety Analyses to verify hazard identification and control.
Develop, implement, and enforce Health and Safety plans and protocols.
Lead daily safety meetings and other safety-related discussions.
Maintain effective communication with the client and site personnel to promote a culture of safety.
Prepare clear and concise Environmental Safety and Health reports on both a daily and weekly basis.
Ensure compliance with site security requirements and client standards at all times.
