The Environmental Remediation Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing environmental remediation programs across McKesson’s legacy real estate and operational footprint; supporting the Real Estate Department in minimizing short-and long-term environmental liabilities when acquiring or entering new property and upon request; and working with McKesson Legal Division in development and negotiating environmental agreements with regulatory agencies, supporting responses to environmental claims or demands, and developing strategies to reduce costs and progress environmental sites to completion and closure. This role ensures adherence to federal and state environmental agreements and regulations with a focus on proactive risk mitigation, regulatory reporting, and sustainable practices. Occasional travel may be needed, up to 10% of the time to visit sites, as well as attend internal, agency, and stakeholder meetings.
