Riparia Environmental is seeking an Environmental Restoration Project Manager for our team in Vancouver, WA. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing environmental restoration projects, which may include habitat restoration, wetland restoration, stream restoration, habitat mitigation or similar ecological projects. This role will involve leading, scheduling, and training field teams, as well as ensuring accurate documentation of project progress, site conditions, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for assessing project sites, determining necessary actions, and overseeing the implementation of plans to meet project goals. The Project Manager will serve as the face of Riparia’s restoration efforts to clients, managing relationships and growing our portfolio of clients. This position requires someone with a solid understanding of restoration practices, ecological regulations, and the technical aspects of restoration project management. As our region continues to grow, so too does the need for habitat and ecological restoration, ensuring that our natural spaces are preserved and revitalized. The position requires a dynamic individual capable of managing field crews effectively while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
