Requirements

  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field
  • Professional Licensure or Certifications in the field of specialization
  • Valid Driver’s License in the state of residence

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and manage Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, including site reconnaissance, regulatory research, and environmental sampling.
  • Analyze field and laboratory data and prepare clear, compliant Phase I & II ESA reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and subcontractors to ensure high‑quality, efficient project delivery.
  • Maintain strong client communication and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety procedures during all field activities.
