We are looking for candidates that can work 3pm to 1130pm Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. Job Summary and Qualifications The Environmental Hospitality Associate is responsible for cleaning and preparing rooms before and after patients are discharged from the hospital.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a healthcare setting highly preferred
  • At least 1 year of professional housekeeping or janitor experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • You will clean and prepare clinical and nonclinical areas of the hospital. Mainly focused on preparing room as patients are discharged from the hospital
  • You will be familiar with safety and sanitation requirements of a healthcare facility
  • You will appropriately utilize various supplies and resources to maintain a clean environment for all staff, patients, and visitors within the hospital.
  • You will store, handle, and dispose of materials and supplies used to perform your duties within the hospital and industry standards. This could include Hazmat, solid waste, and soiled linens.
  • You will be interacting with patients, families, visitors, and other hospital staff as you perform your duties.
